Reservations managment

Direct website reservations are not available in the free package. To enable this feature, please upgrade to the paid package (Starter Package). 


Here is a comprehensive guide to easily manage your reservations:


Add a New Reservation:

  1. Go to the "Reservations" section in your dashboard.
  2. Click on the "Make a Reservation" button on the right side of the page to open a form where you can enter reservation details such as:

    • First and last name.
    • Email.
    • Phone number.
    • Date and time for the reservation.
    • Number of guests.
    • Select the seating option (Salon, Terrace, or Bar).
    • Date and time for the reservation.
    • Comments.


Manage Reservations:


  1. Go to the "Reservations" section to view a full list of all reservations. From here, you can view, edit, or cancel reservations as needed.
  2. Use the available filters and sorting options to organize reservations by date, time, customer name, or status (confirmed, pending, or canceled).
  3. You can search by customer name or order number.
  4. Use the calendar view to see reservations for a specific time period.


Edit and Cancel:


If a customer requests changes or cancels their reservation, you can easily update the booking in the system. Customers can also be given the option to modify or cancel their reservations through a link in their confirmation email.


How can I check the different reservation statuses for a specific date range?


  1. From the dashboard, select "Reservations."
  2. In the reservation dashboard, you will find the total number of reservations and can click on the required status (All, Pending, Approved, Rejected, Canceled, or Updated).
  3. You can also search by order number and select the required date range.
