How do I cancel my subscription?


Canceling your subscription with Dishplayed is a simple process, designed to ensure you have control over your account. Here’s how to do it:


  • Account Deletion:

    • Cancel Subscription and delete account: From "Profile icon", select "Deleting"

    • You will receive confirmation message "Are you sure you want to delete your account? Your account will be permanently deleted after 30 days.

    • Confirm your cancellation. You will receive a confirmation email detailing the cancellation and the date it will take effect.


  • Trial Period Cancellation:


    • For users on the trial period (90-day trial), you may cancel your subscription at any time before the trial ends to avoid any charges. No charges will be applied if you cancel before the trial period ends. After the trial period ends, your account will automatically convert to the selected paid plan unless cancelled prior.


  • Refunds:


    • No Refunds for Cancelled Subscriptions: Dishplayed does not offer refunds for any unused portion of the subscription after the cancellation. You will continue to have access to the platform until the end of your current billing period.

    • Trial Period Refunds: No charges are applied during the trial period. If you decide not to continue, simply cancel before the trial period ends to avoid charges.


  • Late Cancellations:


    • If you cancel your subscription after the renewal date, your account will remain active until the end of the current subscription period. However, no refunds will be issued for the period after the renewal.


  • Changes to Subscription Plans:


    • If you change your subscription plan or switch to a different plan, you will be billed according to the new plan. Any changes to your plan will take effect at the beginning of the next billing cycle.


  • Termination by Dishplayed:


    • Dishplayed reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if we determine that you have violated our terms of service or engaged in prohibited activities. In such cases, no refund will be provided for any remaining subscription period.
