Build Your Website Independently

Dishplayed allows you to easily build your website in just a few minutes. Follow this simple guide to get started:

1. Select your websites theme:

• After signing up, you can choose your preferred website theme from the main page.
• Then, click on "Website Builder" to finalize your website.

• Go to "Website Builder" to begin creating your website.

• Click on the "+" sign to add new page (section)

• Choose to add the following types of pages to your website:

• Blank

• About Us

• Reservation

• Menu

• Gallery

• Contact

Managing Pages:

• The page/section you select will appear directly in the Website Builder main menu.

• Click on the three dots ("...") button next to the page to access various options such as:

• Page Settings

• Duplicate Page

• Rename Page

• Delete Page

Page Settings:

The Page Settings option allows you to configure the following:

• Page Name.

• Page URL.

• META Title.

• META Keywords.

• META Description.

• Open Graph Image Upload (for social media sharing).

• Search Options (Choose whether to show the page in search engines and site search).

• Preview Home Page.

3.Drag and drop

• Click the "Edit" button at the top of the page.
• Select the section you want to add to your website from the "Library" on the left side of the page.
• Choose your preferred option from the submenu that appears for the selected section.
• Drag and drop it into your website sections.
• Edit the text.

Library

This section appears on the left side, once you click on "Edit" and it includes the following sections:

• Contact info.
• Text with images.
• Call to action.
• Hero section
• About us
• Subscribe
• Gallery.
• Carousel
• Menu. 

4.Edit your sections

To make changes to your website’s pages and sections, follow these steps:

Click on the "Edit" sign in the middle of the page

• Navbar Editing:
  
  

• On the right side of the page, select your theme and click on the “Edit Nav Bar” button.

• Here, you can update the logo, navbar layout, buttons, links, and phone numbers.

• Text Editing:
  
  

• To modify text in any section, hover over the section with your mouse and click to edit the text directly.

• Reordering Sections:
  
  

• To change the order of sections, navigate to the desired section.

• In the top-right corner of the section, you will see options such as:

• “Move Up” or “Move Down” to adjust the section’s position.

• “Duplicate Section” to copy the section.

• “Delete” to remove the section.

4. Preview Your Website:

Before finalizing your website, you can preview how it will appear to visitors:

• Click the “Preview” button (eye icon) located in the top-right corner of the web builder page. This will allow you to view your website as a visitor would see it.

5. Publish Your Website:

Once you’re satisfied with the changes and preview, you’re ready to make your website live:

• Click the “Publish” button in the top-right corner of the web builder page to publish your site.
